Lower East Side bar Mr. Purple will be hosting the ultimate anti Valentine's Day party this year, complete with all things black—including flowers, balloons and even a black heart wreath found behind the bar area—on Saturday night, February 12.
Folks can bring a photo of their ex, watch the bartender shred it into small pieces and receive a nice cocktail in exchange. (A win-win, if you ask us!) Add to it all the beautiful views you'll get to admire from the 15th floor of Hotel Indigo and you've got yourself a night to remember.
