Every true crime fan has likely heard of Criminal, the pioneering true crime podcast that was recently named the “Best Podcast of 2023” by The New York Times. Now cofounders and producers Lauren Spohrer and Phoebe Judge are bringing their brand of crime journalism on tour with a 10th-anniversary live show at The Town Hall.
Held on Valentine’s Day—because what could be more romantic than a night of crime?—the evening will feature a fresh slate of stories of “people who’ve done wrong, been wronged or gotten caught somewhere in the middle,” told live by Judge and Spohrer. Along with the stories, videos and animations, fans will also get a behind-the-scenes look at how Criminal is made.
