Admire the work of 30 artists and vendors at "Dandyland," a queer erotic art and gift fair in Hell's Kitchen on Saturday, December 16.
The event began as a social response to the backlash against queer forms of artistic expression. "I feel strongly about embracing the activist element that existing as a queer person requires—especially as an artist," event organizer Patrick McNaughton tells Time Out New York.
For this Glitter Gala holiday event, expect a drag host, hourly raffles, erotic entertainment, and "a bevy of artsy, sexy sluts." Feel free to dress with a holiday theme; however, a clothes check is available.
This grown-up event runs from 2-8pm on Boxers Hells Kitchen (9th Avenue near 50th Street). It's free to attend.
