Time Out says

The Kwanzaa Crawl returns for its ninth year this month, doing what it does best: toasting to Black-owned businesses in New York.

Held on the first day of Kwanzaa, the Kwanzaa Crawl invites all to discover, explore and shop at Black-owned businesses all across Brooklyn. Over 15 bars and restaurants are participating in this year's crawl, including Haitian cafe Cafe Erzulie, community-minded coffee shop CUP, and Black queer and women-owned wine bar, Saint James Libations. And if you just can't wait to show your support, the organizers behind the crawl are hosting a holiday market at Navy Yard on December 20 and 21 from 1 to 6pm for a curated collection of wares plus DJs, food and drinks, no tickets needed.

Keep in mind that last year's festivities drew a whopping 4,000 people. So don on your finest walking shoes and come meet the community.

Tickets range from $37 to $55.75. Head to the Kwanzaa Crawl site to register and find your borough's starting location.
