Time Out says

La Barca CantinaNew York City's one and only floating Mexican restaurant, located aboard a three-story yacht that sets off for daily excursions on the Hudson River and New York Harbor—is resurrecting its annual Día de Muertos Fiesta Sail.

On November 2 between 6:30-9:30pm, the cruising cantina will set off from West 41st St and Twelfth Avenue for a one-night-only Day of the Day celebration. The two-hour sail will feature traditional Mexican dance performances from Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, sugar skull face art paintings by Face Art by Melissa, exclusive Mexican art vendors including TUYO NYC, a live music DJ and more.

Yummy light Mexican bites and beverages will be available for purchase, including the venue's viral Black Marigold Margarita, a pitch-black tipple colored with squid ink simple syrup and boozed up with Lopz Real Mezcal, available on board through November 2 for $16. (La Barca is also known for its extensive tequila and mezcal selection across its trio of bars, in case you want to pour one out in memory of a loved one.)

You can take in those scenic city views from the expansive outdoor decks or indoor lounge area. Visit the La Barca Cantina website for more information on the Día de Muertos Fiesta Sail special event and to purchase $40 tickets.
