Time Out says

No one does Lunar New Year celebrations quite like the Brooklyn Museum, and this year, the iconic institution is hosting a Sunday hang on February 15 perfect for families with kids. Head over to the museum's emblematic Beaux-Arts Court on its third floor from noon till 4pm for an afternoon of crafts (create Chinese zodiac toys, design a paper lantern, experiment with citrus fruits, etc.), followed by—of course!—lion dance performances by the Chinese Freemasons Athletic Club at 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Access to the celebration is included in the price of admission to the museum, so make sure to check the museum's many great exhibits afterwards.
