E 3rd St
Two-bedroom in the East Village, $2,500/month ($1,250 per person)
This pre-war co-op has a good location in the East Village and a nice, open layout. (Or you know, as open as you can get on the west side of the East River) The beauty of this apartment, however, is really in the details. The rental features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a wall of exposed brick. When you’re ready to step outside onto the less polished surfaces of the lettered avenues, you’re just a short walk away from the East River Bikeway and Promenade. There’s also a window in the bathroom if you’re into that.
