UCBLK: A Black Variety Show

"Stand-Up, Sketch, Improv, Blackness"—or so promises an evening with UCBLK, a variety show spotlighting NYC's top-rate Black comedians at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.  Hosted by Justin Catchens, Dominique Kaplowitz and Shem Pennant, the comedy night features a brand-new cast each month performing the aforementioned comedic disciplines, such as Saturday Night Live writer Jo Sunday. Along with plenty of laughs, attendees will also get to enjoy giveaways from sponsor The Travel Agency: A Cannabis Store.
