Time Out says

Wish you can do more to help Singapore's migrant workers? Now you can buy art for a good cause. Independent non-profit visual arts space Objectifs is organising an online print sale, a collective fundraising effort by eight Singaporean photographers: Darren Soh, Aik Beng Chia, Gareth Phua, James Tan, Jimmy Sng, Mindy Tan, Nicky Loh and Tham Kok Leong.

A variety of prints by these photographers are up for sale, from scenes of everyday life in Little India to a shot of nature outside S11 Dormitory in Punggol. The prices start from $80 for a 27cm x 18 cm print to $300 for a 45cm x 30 cm print and $500 for a 60cm x 40cm print. All proceeds from the sale will go towards the beneficiaries. So far, the initiative has raised $32,600 from the sale of 133 prints and direct contributions.

According to Objectifs, the first round of donations will be passed to the following NGOs by the end of the week:

- Covid Migrant Support Coalition, a group of 4 NGOs (Migrant x Me, Itsrainingraincoats, Geylang Adventures, Singapore Migrant Friends), that has teamed up to deliver food daily to migrant workers, as well as provide mental health and online learning resources for quarantined workers.

- HOME: Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics, which provides support to migrant workers facing termination of employment, unpaid wages, as well as inadequate access to healthcare and medical aid.

For more info on what you can do to help, visit Objectif's Facebook page, or check out the post below. If you don't have the means to donate monetarily, there are also other ways to contribute to your community, such as buying a meal for someone in need, supporting freelancers, and getting gift cards to help small businesses tide through the current situation.
