Witness food and art merge as one at Michelin-starred restaurant Nouri this January. In collaboration with The Institutum, a non-profit art organisation, the restaurant will showcase a selection of artworks from the exciting exhibition Translations: Afro-Asian Poetics as part of this year's Singapore Art Week.

This groundbreaking survey-exhibition, curated by the esteemed art historian Dr. Zoé Whitley, explores the interconnected narratives of Africa and Asia and their diasporas on a large scale. Audiences can come up close and personal with iconic pieces by renowned artists like Theaster Gates, Do Ho Suh, The Otolith Group, Dinh Q. Lê, Lee Wen, and others.

Not forgetting the food segment – Chef Ivan Brehm from Nouri will collaborate with the acclaimed Ghanaian chef Selassie Atadika, presenting a series of ‘Crossroads of Afro-Asian Flavours dining experiences at Nouri on January 18 and 19, 2024. The dinners are priced from $348, and can be reserved online.
