Marina Bay Sands will soon be home to Asia’s leading urban wellness haven come February 2023. Glow Festival 2023, happening from February 4 to 12, 2023, aims to cater to the well-being needs of the public via its comprehensive programme.
Glow Festival 2023 will feature unique workshops conducted by wellness experts, in-person and digital experiences, and a line-up of international celebrity fitness instructors – Tara Stiles, co-founder of Strala yoga, and Amanda Bisk, a qualified exercise physiologist, personal trainer, elite athletics coach, gymnastics coach, yoga and Pilates instructor.
“We want to inspire festivalgoers to adopt new practices to live happier and healthier lives and present them with a truly unique opportunity to unwind,” said Martin Capstick, Chief Executive of Exceed Sports and Entertainment and the founder of Glow Festival.
Workshops will be held in Glow Festival’s multi-sensory studio. Created by Kingsmen, participants will get to immerse themselves in the sounds, smells and sights of the natural world. In addition, The Glow App is available to use from January 1 to February 12, 2023, where participants can complete fitness challenges across the island. Titled LightEarn, the app experience is designed to create a deeper connection between exercise and mental health, where runners, walkers, cyclists, and hikers can stand a chance to win up to $25,000 in cash prizes and more.
To promote the theme of mental health, the app will be fundraising for Community Chest, with 100 per cent of funds raised given to the Samaritans of Singapore supported by the Singapore Tourism Board and Marina Bay Sands.
The festival has also partnered with some of Marina Bay Sands’ restaurants for you to savour special menu items. The festival will end with a closing party at Marquee Singapore where DJ SG Lewis will be taking the stage to play at the end of the week-long event.
Tickets will be sold through Glow Festival’s website. Each ticket will come with a free CORI SKIN LAB Advanced Healing Cream, worth $135.
