No introduction is needed for the beardy man in red and white with a bag full of prezzies and a sleigh pulled by reindeers. While there are no chimneys in Singapore for ol’ Saint Nick to squeeze down and have his fill of milk and cookies, you can still find Father Christmas making his annual appearances from now until Christmas Eve. But due to restrictions, there won't be as many Santa visits as they were in the past year. Nonetheless, he has braved border controls to make an essential visit to selected spots in the city.

On Christmas Day, catch Santa in the flesh as he makes a magical visit to Regent Singapore. While you indulge in the festive lunch at Basilico, jolly ol’ Saint Nick will be making rounds, ho-ho-ho-ing to all the nice little girls and boys. The kiddos will also get to share their Chrimbo wishes before burning their energy on the bouncy castle, and delighting in fun activities such as face-painting, balloon sculpting, arts and crafts, and even a magic show at the Kids’ Corner.

Nordic Glow

Father Christmas has got a busy schedule, but he’s managed to squeeze a day of visiting at Nordic Glow on December 12, from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. Due to strict safety measures, you’d have to email the Nordic Glow team to book a spot. Once you’re all set, your little ones can look forward to special treats put together by Santa himself. And while the kids share their super long wishlist with Santa, you can check out Nordic Glow’s shelves of authentic Nordic skincare, home accessories, cryotherapy options and a range of ergonomic equipment from Finnish furniture designer Selka. Email aura@thenordicglow.com to book your slot.

If you can’t get enough of Santa, make your way to Tanglin Mall. While it’s not the real deal per se, it’s got a supersized version of the bearded man himself that’s perfect for the ‘gram. There’s also larger-than-life toys and teddies, as well as a beautifully decorated arch for that stunning family snapshot.
