The SG60 celebrations aren’t over just yet – in fact, they’ve only just begun. Freshly opened to all on August 26 is the SG60 Heart&Soul Experience, a free immersive exhibition at Orchard that dives into Singapore’s past, present, and future through a series of high-tech installations.

There are a total of seven multi-sensory stations to explore here. You’ll first begin this time-travel journey at a mysterious neon-lit telephone booth, before tracing the evolution of Singapore throughout the years. Perhaps most awe-inspiring is Windows in the Sky – a display of moving visuals that lets you imagine Singapore’s future. With the creative use of generative AI, each experience at this exhibit takes shape differently, so no two sessions are the same.

In other parts of the space, send your future self a voice message with your wishes for Singapore’s tomorrow, and pore through a compilation of key historical events at a replica of an old-school newspaper stand. But enough of the spoilers – head down yourself to see what the buzz is all about, and make sure to hang onto your e-ticket to get exclusive deals at stores like Nasty Cookie, Irvins, Uniqlo and more.

The SG60 Heart&Soul exhibition is now open till December 31, 2025. There’s a non-ticketed set of installations at Level 1 of Orchard Central and Orchard Gateway, as well as a free ticketed portion at Orchard Library (accessible via Level 4 of Orchard Gateway) where the multi-sensory exhibits are. Visitors are advised to reserve tickets online in advance here. Find out more here.
