Gyms may be closed down, but it's still possible to keep up with your daily fitness routine – especially with the multitude of classes you can find online. The latest gym in Singapore to launch an online initiative is Barry's Bootcamp, often dubbed as 'The Best Workout In The World'. The celeb-approved workout boasts a cult following worldwide and has been endorsed by names like Adriana Lima, Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber.

Similar to other gyms in Singapore, Barry's has automatically suspended its memberships during the country's "circuit breaker" period. But it has just announced a Barry's at Home series which will start next week. This follows the initiatives of Barry's franchises all around the world – from London to Dubai, which has published a one-of-a-kind workout that requires no equipment while still keeping in mind the fitness preferences of its clientele.

Starting next Monday, April 3, you'll have access to 30-minute full-body workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8 am. The workouts will be led by Barry's instructors, helping you recreate the Red Room right in your living room. The "Barry's Method" will be condensed into a heart-pumping workout that is effective and easy to follow. While it hasn't been announced where you can find the workouts, the other international Barry's studios have been streaming their daily sessions live via Instagram, keeping the workout on their stories for 24 hours to allow people to access it at a convenient time for them. For more updates, stay tuned to the official Instagram account at @barryssingapore

In the meantime, you can try other online classes on Boom Singapore, Haus AthleticsRitual and more.
