This year has truly been the year of racquet sports. Pickleball, padel and tennis have taken over Singapore and everyone’s either fighting for a court slot or converting their neighbourhood badminton courts into makeshift setups.

But if you’d rather play in peace (and style), there’s now a more exclusive option – a luxurious set of courts tucked inside one of Singapore’s most established five-star hotels. And yes, it even includes access to the steam, sauna, shower and changing facilities too.

What to expect at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s pickleball, padel and tennis courts

Located within the tranquil grounds of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, the hotel’s revamped outdoor court area now features one tennis court, one padel court and one pickleball court. One of its former tennis courts has been converted into two smaller ones to cater to the city’s growing love for these racquet sports.

The three courts sit close together and share a common lounge area, complete with plush seating under large umbrellas for shade between matches. We only wish there were one extra umbrella, just to make it clearer which section belongs to which court.

Privacy-wise, the tennis and pickleball courts are partially wrapped with fine mesh, shielding you from prying eyes. But the padel court, being the glass “fishbowl” it is and located right by the main entrance, puts you squarely in the spotlight so come prepared to show off your skills.

How much does it cost to play at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore's courts?

The hotel has revised its rates as of July 1 and the new pricing applies alongside additional equipment rental fees. Hours are split into Regular and Off-peak timings, which are outlined below:

Regular hours (7am–11am, 5pm–9pm):

Padel: $105/hour

Pickleball: $60/hour

Tennis: $90/hour

Off-peak (12pm–4pm):

Padel: $90/hour

Pickleball: $50/hour

Tennis: $80/hour

Racquets and paddles are available for rental at $8.34 and balls are available for purchase at $15 for three balls. In-house guests, however, enjoy complimentary racquets for adults and kids, and also have access to rental shoes, shorts and shirts.

Bookings can be made through the Four Seasons website or by calling +65 6831 7400.

Are lessons and coaching available?

Want to up your game or finally understand what “dinking” means? The Four Seasons offers private and semi-private coaching sessions across all three sports. Pickleball lessons are priced from $150 per person, padel lessons are from $180 per person and tennis lessons are from $192 per person.

When are the courts open?

The courts are open daily from 7am to 10pm, with the last booking at 9pm. To find the courts, head up to Level 3 of the hotel to register. You'll then be directed to climb up the stairs to the outdoor recreation floor.
