Fans of sweet treats will be glad to know that Paris Baguette Singapore has teamed up with Lotus Bakeries – the company behind the beloved Biscoff spread – for a limited-time collaboration of seven treacly bakes. These all come topped with whole cookies or cookie crumbs, and come piped with the delectable Biscoff cream.

Some standout items include the Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Butter Pastry ($5.40) and Sandwich Party ($4.30), though it’s the Lotus Biscoff Almond Cookie Tart ($3.80) – incidentally the most affordably-priced item on the list – that’s got us craving for more. Hot on the trend of cube pastries is the Lotus Biscoff Mini Cream Cube Toast, which has a soft and fluffy texture that’s a cross between that of cake and bread.

There’s also a Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake that can be purchased as a single slice ($8.50) or whole ($53). Fans of the Korean bakery-cafe’s famed Royal Pudding won’t want to miss out on their Lotus Biscoff rendition of the milky dessert, which we’d say is richer and thicker than the original.

This sweet partnership will run for 8 weeks as of September 7 2023, and is scheduled to end in early November, so you’ve got plenty of time to work your way through the entire collection with one – or more – of these sinful desserts per week.
