The wait is over – here’s everything you need to know about the Grammy-nominated rock band’s first show in Singapore

At some point in the 2000s, chances are you've headbanged your way through Queens of the Stone Age (aka QOTSA) staples like 'No One Knows', 'Go With the Flow', and '3's & 7's'. I certainly did, with the Songs for the Deaf album on heavy rotation and an imaginary air guitar in hand. So to say we’re excited that the desert rock pioneers are finally making their Singapore debut would be putting it mildly.
For nearly three decades, QOTSA have sat comfortably in rock royalty territory. Led by vocalist and guitarist Josh Homme, the California outfit has earned nine Grammy nominations and influenced an entire generation of bands with a sound that's impossible to pin down. Sure, they're often labelled desert rock, but their music also weaves together hard rock, psychedelia, blues, electronica and even krautrock, all anchored by Homme's distinctive falsetto and hypnotic, riff-heavy songwriting.
Regularly hailed as one of the best live bands on the planet, QOTSA have built a catalogue packed with modern classics. Fresh off the release of their new single ‘Easy Street’ and a string of acclaimed performances on their Catacombs tour, the band will bring their celebrated live show to Singapore for the very first time this December. For longtime fans, it's been a very long wait. For everyone else, consider this your chance to see one of rock's most influential bands in the flesh.
The five-piece band will perform in Singapore on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at 8pm. This is a one-night-only show, marking the band's long-awaited Singapore debut.
The concert will take place at The Star Theatre, one of Singapore's premier indoor live music venues. Known for hosting major international acts, its intimate setting means you'll be closer to the action than in an arena. But expect plenty of fans to be off their seats and on their feet the moment Josh Homme and co hit the stage.
Based on the band's latest show in London, expect a career-spanning set packed with the songs that made QOTSA one of modern rock's most influential bands. Think early favourites like 'The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret', era-defining anthems such as 'No One Knows', the undeniably seductive 'Make It Wit Chu', alongside newer cuts including 'Easy Street', their first new music since 2023's In Times New Roman....
But of course, this is QOTSA we're talking about. They're known for switching up their setlists from night to night, so there's every chance a few deep cuts or surprise fan favourites will make an appearance too.
Tickets will be released in phases, starting with an artist's presale on July 21, from 10am to 11.59pm, followed by Mastercard presale from July 22 at 10am to July 23 at 10am, exclusively for Mastercard cardholders. Then there's the Live Nation presale on July 23 from 2pm to 11.59pm, with access available to anyone who signs up for a free Live Nation membership. General ticket sales then kick off on July 24 from 10am via Ticketmaster.
