Glow Festival by Prudential is getting its biggest glow-up yet. Returning for its fifth edition, the wellness festival is swapping Marina Bay Sands for Sentosa, where it will take over the island for 10 days from July 10 to 19, 2026. Glow is known for its extensive range of wellness experiences, but this year's edition is also delivering something Singapore has been craving – an epic music festival. And they’re going big with headliners like Jason Derulo, Hyukoh and Alessia Cara. Here's everything you need to know before heading down.

What exactly is Glow Festival?

Glow Festival by Prudential is Singapore's largest wellness festival, where fitness, mindfulness, food and live music come together in one island-wide celebration. What began as a one-day event in 2019 has grown into a 10-day festival at Sentosa, with more than 70 programmes spanning workouts, recovery sessions, creative workshops and concerts.

This year's edition is also a tad special – it marks the start of a new three-year partnership with Sentosa Development Corporation and the Singapore Tourism Board, with plans to grow Glow into an even bigger wellness event for the region.

When and where is it happening?

Glow Festival takes place from July 10 to 19, 2026, across Sentosa.

While wellness activities are spread across the island throughout the 10 days, the main action happens at Palawan Green from July 17 to 19, where six immersive festival zones, large-scale workouts and the headline concerts will take place.

Who's headlining the daytime fitness line-up?

Leading this year's wellness programme are three internationally renowned fitness personalities. Joe Wicks, better known as ‘The Body Coach’, will be bringing his signature high-energy HIIT workouts, while Chontel Duncan leads strength-focused sessions centred on performance and empowerment. Rounding out the trio is Emi Wong, one of Asia's biggest digital fitness creators, whose approachable workout routines have earned her millions of followers around the world.

Beyond these headline names, you can also sign up for more than 70 sessions, including sunrise yoga, seafront runs, pilates, barre, mobility training, functional fitness, breathwork, guided meditation and recovery classes. Rest assured – there's something for every fitness level.

Who's performing at the evening concerts?

Once the sun goes down, Glow transforms into a music festival. Kicking things off on July 17 is multi-platinum pop star Jason Derulo, known for hits like ‘Talk Dirty’, ‘Savage Love’ and ‘Whatcha Say’. On July 18, acclaimed Korean indie band Hyukoh takes the stage with their K-indie rock and alternative hits. Closing out the festival on July 19 is Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Alessia Cara, with heartfelt anthems like ‘Scars to Your Beautiful’, ‘Here’ and ‘Stay’.

The headliners aren’t the only draw – they’re joined by an amazing supporting line-up including BadBadNotGood, Phum Viphurit, Shye, Sobs, Daya, Shazza, Oake and Layyi.

What else is there to check out?

If you’re not in the mood for another workout, there's plenty else to explore around the festival grounds.

At Makers Meadow, you can join hands-on craft workshops and creative activities, while Mind Oasis hosts guided meditation, breathwork sessions and talks on topics like stress management, better sleep and sustainable wellbeing.

Need to recharge? Head to Recharge Bay for ice baths, stretching sessions and muscle recovery treatments. Or simply refuel at Glow Commons, where food vendors including Blue Smoke (in collaboration with Bobby Supatra), Dearborn, Korio and Acai Collective will be serving up festival eats throughout the day.

The festival also extends beyond Palawan Green, with Sentosa Cove and Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa hosting resort yoga, meditation sessions, spa treatments, poolside workouts and family-friendly activities.
