You might just be watching Physical: Asia for the plot, and that plot might just be…certain eye candy contestants that have kept you glued to your screen. Well, doesn’t matter as long as it inspires you in your own fitness journey, we say. And there’s nothing more motivating than getting to train with South Korean oppa Amotti himself.

Yes, the 33-year-old muscled powerhouse, whose real name is Kim Jae-hong, will be coming down to Singapore in the flesh to conduct a one-day-only fitness class as part of lululemon Training Ground – a sports pop-up at Clarke Quay featuring a series of group classes that are sure to make you sweat. Other programmes as part of the training schedule include beginner-friendly sessions, high-intensity circuits, and sprint challenges.

While there, get first dibs on lululemon’s latest sports gear, with event-exclusive customisation of your apparel.

Full line-up for lululemon Training Ground 2026 in Singapore:

  • Train with Amotti
