Barely months after opening its vibey bar with customisable martinis at Keong Saik, American luxury fashion label Coach is back at it again, this time with the very first Coach Coffee Shop – and lucky us, because it’s right here in Singapore. Not to be confused with the previous Coach Café, which has since closed, this café-store is located at the new Weave at Sentosa.

In true Coach fashion, The Coach Coffee Shop serves up American classics, including a grilled cheese sandwich ($13) served with tomato soup, a wagyu beef hot dog ($15) with chips, and a Reuben sandwich ($19). The priciest item on the menu is the fully loaded Reuben ($30), an upsized version of the regular one with the addition of sauerkraut and a double serving of corned beef.

Come on weekends, and there’ll be one more item to sink your teeth into: the classic cheeseburger ($22), made using premium wagyu and served with a side of curly fries. Arrive early if you’re yearning for a bite, as it’s only available in limited quantities.

If you’re after something sweet instead, try bakes like the cinnamon roll ($6.50) and popular ricotta toast ($9), and pair them with coffee (from $4) or specialty drinks like cherry lemonade ($8.50) and the on-trend strawberry matcha latte ($9).

There’s also soft serve ($8 to $9) in flavours like peaches and cream; lemon meringue pie, which comes topped with a torched meringue; and peanut butter and jelly. Those with adventurous tastebuds can try the quirky chilli crab soft serve paired with mantou – it’s a Singapore-exclusive that you won’t find at other Coach F&B concepts.
The Coach Coffee Shop is located at Weave at Resorts World Sentosa, #01-224/225/226, and opens daily from 9am to 8pm.
