Popular among tourists and Sentosa-goers alike, Seah Im Food Centre is set to undergo renovations this September 2022. The refurbishment will take six months to complete, and the beloved food centre is expected to operate for business in 2023.

Opened in the 1980s, Seah Im has been a spot for Singaporeans to gather and enjoy delicious and affordable hawker food. Famous stalls include Aspirasi, Shi Ji Noodle Stall, Kheng Nam Lee Curry Rice and Zhan Yuan Pig Organ Soup.

Aspirasi is known for its variety of chicken rice dishes. Its classic option has a 30-year history, and has definitely fulfilled many satisfied bellies over the years. Due for closure on August 25, the owner of the stall will be transferring its staff to its Maxwell Food Centre outlet and kitchen in Ubi.

Another famed stall is the Shi Ji Noodle Stall. Serving up bowls of sliced duck meat and lor mee, this dish offers a generous portion of yellow noodles combined in a hearty broth.

If you are a regular patron at the aforementioned stalls, hurry and grab a bite at Seah Im Food Centre before it temporarily closes until 2023.
