Homegrown bakery Tiong Bahru Bakery (TBB) is turning 10 years old this year. And what better way to celebrate than holding the biggest takeaway our little city has ever seen, than a giant-sized pop-up installation right outside Raffles City.

This installation is inspired by Tiong Bahru Bakery's distinctive takeaway box and cups. From May 27 to June 12, they'll also be serving complimentary croissants and cold brew coffee across various times of the day. Check out our detailed breakdown below, because no doubt about it, there'll be a long, snaking queue for these fan-favourites pastries and coffee:

Weekdays: 8.30-10am, 12-2pm, 6-8pm
Weekends: 12-2pm, 6-8pm

It's all "while stocks last", so plan ahead and head down at the start of each time slot if you want to score free croissants. The fun doesn’t stop there. Look forward to interactive activities, exclusive deals and giveaways at this takeaway installation. Pen down your favourite TBB moments and drop them into on-site letterboxes, or even capture shots for the ‘gram at TBB’s own optical illusion exhibit. If you share your shots of the installation on Instagram or TikTok, while tagging #tbbbakingmemories, you might stand a chance to win exclusive TBB merchandise (worth $45 onwards). So come down and bake some memories together this May 27 to June 12 outside Raffles City Shopping Centre.
