Saturday's great for lie-ins, and nursing that hangover you have from last night's boozy Zoom party with the pals. It's also great for ticking off the list of our best things to do online this weekend, as well as our 28-day plan (if you haven't been following it, here's your chance to start). But if you need the extra pick-me-up, we've got just the thing – a daily dose of the things we’re loving right now including food, music, movies, workouts and more – all of which you can also experience from the safety of your comfy pad during this circuit breaker period.

Yesterday, we made our interstellar dreams come true thanks to Science Centre Observatory and NASA, partied for a cause with Revision Music, and showed some love to our local buskers. Today, we'll be stroking our chins to interesting artworks inspired by the global crisis (including their stay-home practices), grabbing some popcorn for a somewhat relatable drama film that benefits our local indie film providers The Projector and Anticipate Pictures, and enjoying free delivery on our favourite Shake Shack orders.

14-Days Stay Home Notice
Since everyone's pretty much stuck at home (unless you're a key worker, in which we salute you), artists are turning into their home studios to create masterpieces inspired by the global crisis and their stay-home practices. We're digging the photographs of instant noodle hoarding at a supermarket and the many positions of social distancing at home, as well as oil paintings of the chaos that sum up these strange times – through the creative mind, no less. These interesting pieces of art can be viewed via an online exhibition by local artist-run institution Instinc from April 13 to August 26. Aptly named 14-Days Stay Home Notice, the exhibition features works by both international and local artists including Yeo Shih Yun and Ezzam Rahman, among others.

If your bare walls could do with some art, the works showcased in the online exhibition are also up for grabs where 25 percent of the sale proceeds are donated to Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Sorry We Missed You
Our favourite indie film house The Projector teams up with independent local distributor Anticipate Pictures to bring some cinema magic to your small screens. In tune with the current situation, the two have released the indie drama film Sorry We Missed You on Video-On-Demand for the month of April. The award-winning film follows a deliveryman and his nurse wife as they cope in the gig economy and working-class struggles. Especially at a time when many of us are relying on deliveries, this film makes a great eye-opener on the human toll on workers whom we've all been guilty of taking for granted.

The film was first exclusively screened in Singapore in March, and it was a hit among movie buffs here. But if you missed it, here's your chance to watch it – in your comfy PJs, soft sofa, homemade sweets (banana bread, anyone?), and all that jazz. Plus, by hitting play on this pay-per-view flick, proceeds from this will benefit both The Projector and Anticipate Pictures directly, allowing them to bring us film fans more new content. Don't be sorry you missed this – catch the trailer above and watch the movie here.

Shake Shack delivery
Forget joining the snaking queue at a Shake Shack resto (not like you can now, anyway) – the famous fast-food chain now delivers via Foodpanda, but only to certain locations. If you happen to live within the vicinity of its two outlets (Jewel Changi Airport and Neil Road), you can place your orders via Foodpanda and have them delivered to your doorstep within minutes for free.

Like a true Singaporean, we couldn't resist a free delivery of its signature ShackBurger (from $9.20) complete with lettuce, tomatoes, and beef patty, all sandwiched between two soft potato buns; as well as the Shack Stack ($14.30) which further satisfy our comfort food cravings with an additional deep-fried, crusted portobello mushroom stuffed with Colby cheese, Monterey Jack, and Tilsit cheese. Sadly, the special concretes and pandan shake is not available on the delivery menu – but that's not stopping up from placing an order pronto.
