For over three decades, Zouk has been where many of us ended the night. Now, it's making a case for being where your day begins, too. Enter Rally Clubhouse, Zouk’s new all-day social space at The Cannery in Clarke Quay that's everything in one.

Rather than centering itself around one experience, the 120-seater is an all-day affair – café by day, bar by night, music venue when the decks come alive, and community space for events and gatherings.

The 120-seater layout backs this up: a communal bar sits at its heart, surrounded by indoor and outdoor seating, a kitchen, takeaway counter, DJ booth, and dedicated corners for baked goods and rotating activities. There's even a photobooth by Solace Studios for capturing memories. Don’t forget to check out Zouk’s mini archive wall, packed with memorabilia and offering a nostalgic nod to the brand's 35-year legacy.

The clubhouse is set to host everything from flea markets, floral jamming sessions, panel discussions, networking events, and even pet-friendly gatherings – alongside product launches and neighbourhood meetups.

And it goes without saying that music is a huge part of Zouk’s DNA, so expect a steady stream of open decks, DJ academy sessions, listening parties, and live vocal sets – a platform for both established artists and up-and-coming selectors in a casual setting.

Korio, our favourite sandwich shop, anchors the menu as Rally's permanent resident, serving its well-loved sandwiches and doughnuts, including The Chook ($17.50), Mushroom Melt ($16.50) and Ham & Cheese ($18.50).

Apart from that, expect comfort classics like dirty fries ($12) loaded with beef gravy, cheese sauce and pickled jalapeño hot sauce, bangers & mash ($15) with caramelised onion gravy and crispy shallots, plus tacos filled with spiced beef brisket ($15), charred lemongrass pork ($15) and prawn crisps ($13).

Rally has also teased a future late-night supper collaboration spotlighting a local brand, so keep your eyes peeled.

To celebrate the launch, Rally is keeping the welcome party going. Until June 30, half-pint Asahi Super Dry draught beers are going for just $3++. From June 29 to July 5, the first 30 guests each day can redeem a complimentary Korio sandwich (selected flavours only).
