Time Out says

Bringing together house and techno heads as well as those wanting to know more about this genre of music is a party night called Secret Garden happening on September 2. This is the first time five local music collectives consisting of DJs and party promoters come together to showcase house and techno music.

Held at two spaces within Dirty Blonde – indoor and outdoor – at Sky Garden in Suntec City, music collectives Ciel Social, Krate, Therapy Room, WM Records and Yes You will altogether feature 15 DJs that take you on a musical journey from 4pm-4am.

Just coming off their first anniversary in mid-August, Ciel Social is a trio of DJs who came together to spread their love of electronic music. At Secret Garden, Andre Marc, Chirag K and Halis will share the decks with electronic music DJ Fake Tattoos from India.

Krate is a pop-up club concept that has hosted events at big venues like Suntec City Convention Centre. With the pandemic halting their big plans, Krate is back in the party game represented by DJs Taz Anguillia and Erwin Linden at Secret Garden.

Having started during the pandemic, Therapy Room features DJs who chat with the duo behind this collective about music and their mental health on YouTube. Shaun Nocturnals and Sivanesh Pillai will be helming the decks for this crew.

Meaning Where is your Mum, WM Records is a sextet of French men who got tired of the same-old scene in Hong Kong and took parties into their own hands. Throwing moody techno and brutal acid house music events in both Hong Kong and Singapore, Sucra and Monke will be showcasing their musical tastes at Secret Garden.

The humble Yes You combines having a good time and helping a good cause by holding parties where proceeds go to charities. Taaka and Ron Maran will be throwing down their signature music montage at this event.

These crews bring together ravers to create supportive communities doing their best to take the party scene in Singapore to the next level. Now with all of them collaborating for Secret Garden, this is a party to definitely check out.
