Hailing from Chiang Rai, Thailand, the owner of Aroy Mak Mookata unveiled this concept in 2013 to share some of the culinary gems from the Thai city. Almost everything is prepared from scratch here including the Pork Bone and Tom Yum soup stock, and Thai chilli sauces – all of which go perfectly with their marinated meats. For just $20.80, diners can fill their plates with as many ingredients as they wish – notable highlights to try include the Thai herb pork sausage, black pepper marinated chicken and marinated pork cheek. Elevate your dining experience with the Premium Buffet ($30.80), offering more choices like snowflake marinated beef, crayfish, Wagyu beef and flower crab.
