In our Food Ticket cooking series, Time Out and Superfoods Peru take you behind the pass at some of the city's beloved restaurants to cook up a superfood storm.

And over at tranquil Dempsey Hill, chef Tamara Chavez (a familiar face of the Food Ticket series!) from Canchita Peruvian Cuisine walks us through how she jazzes up the iconic Peruvian ceviche with slices of nutritious sweet potatoes. The addition of the brightly hued ingredient not only makes the dish heartier, but it also helps boost the fibre and vitamin content – making her rendition of the Super Ceviche worthy of its name indeed.
