Heads up, foodies. KITA Food Festival is in town with blockbuster cookouts featuring some of the shiniest talent in the scene. In Singapore, watch chef Prateek Sadhu of Masque whipping up a storm with the folks from Margeurite, while Australian chefs Matt Stone from Mosey on Inn and Peter Smit of Underdog Inn show just how to make the most of whole animals in a creative two-day event. At Kubo, catch some Filipino flair with Ross Magnaye (Serai in Melbourne) and John Keven Navoa (Hapag in Manila) as they present a spread of clay-cooked meats and seafood. The foodie fest ends with a big barbecue – eight star chefs man four pits, turning out a flame-kissed spread with great drinks and vibes included.
