Besides tucking into a selection of wild, live lobsters or prime cut and aged beef burgers, the mixologist team behind the famed London restaurant concept has created the Porfirio cocktail ($14) that is inspired by the strength of femininity. Paying homage to Trudiann Branker – the first Women Master Blender for Mount Gay Rum, the rum-based tropical concoction drinks charmingly citrusy and sweet with a hint of acidity. If bubbly is her thing, consider popping off the top of one of Telmont's finest Reserve Rosé where the first bottle goes for $155 and the subsequent bottle will be reduced to $130.

A special culinary showcase led by Chef Akane Eno – the only female Japanese chef leading a restaurant in Singapore. Forming the epicurean highlights are mainly seafood and vegetables from Mayumi Tachibana from SOL Japan and Wakako Mori from Katsuragi Sanroku Farms in Nara. The course is masterfully paired with two exciting Junmaishu sake by Akita’s first female master brewer, Hanako Kudo from the family-owned Maizuru Brewery. In honour of the craft, fine Japanese pottery and lacquerware crafted by three female artisans are displayed at the restaurant’s gallery space and are available for purchase for ardent collectors. A holy trinity of a collaboration that exquisitely honours that important lady in our lives.

The five-course Akebono Lunch starts from $138, the seven-course Shinonome Lunch from $188, the nine-course Kurenai Dinner from $350 and the nine-course Akane Curated Dinner Menu from $428.
