Singapore’s heat and unpredictable weather are no match for SPH Pickle Padel, the city’s first indoor, fully air-conditioned pickleball and padel facility. Housed in Singapore Expo Hall 7, this space is designed for serious rallies, casual games and everything in between – rain or shine.
The venue features six pickleball courts and three padel courts, all bookable on the Playtomic App (from $30/hour for pickleball, $70/hour for padel). Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to level up your game, coaching sessions are also available.
New to pickle and padel? Pickleball is one of the world’s fastest-growing sports. Think of it as a mix of tennis, badminton and ping pong that’s quick to pick up and fun for all ages. Padel, on the other hand, is a high-energy racquet sport that’s like a more social, faster-paced cousin of tennis and squash, played in doubles on an enclosed court with walls you can bounce off.
If you need gear, the on-site shop is stocked with rackets and balls for purchase or rental, and the friendly staff are always around to show you the ropes. There’s also a dedicated warm-up zone with bikes and resistance bands – no excuse to skip your stretches here.
Big on community, SPH also hosts regular themed sessions and socials, including the School Run Mum Club every Tuesday from 9am–10.30am ($22 per person) and Thursday Lunch Socials from 12pm–1.30pm ($28 per person) where you can get a game in without having to find friends to play and booking the whole court. Guest coaches and top players are also invited frequently for clinics and coaching sessions so keep your eyes on their socials for the latest updates.
