F1 Singapore Grand Prix: Best things to do this race weekend

We round up the best things to do during the F1 Singapore Grand Prix weekend and beyond

The Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS) has raced into town, which means tons of Formula 1-themed events and parties. Drop into district-wide festivals (hello, Clarke Quay), pumping music events (like Groovedriver Festival), free-flow champagne brunches, or Ibiza-inspired afterparties. Whether you want to party it up 63 floors or go off the grid at wheel-tastic markets and simulated rides, this GPSS has something for you.

  • Things to do

Gear up, Singapore – Hit The Apex is here, and it’s turning CQ @ Clarke Quay into the ultimate 10-day festival (26 September to 5 October). Think music, motors, coffee and culture, all lit from afternoon through late night. Jam out at Music Matters Live with 42 artists from 18 countries, or swing by the Hot Wheels Pocket Pitstop to check out die-cast cars or dive into interactive tracksets. Try your hand in the GPSS Apex League sim racing showdown, then shift gears into Caffeine & Bass / Night Drift with DJs, brews and bass.

And bonus: Mastercard users unlock perks like vouchers and exclusive F1 merch.

Get ready to put the pedal to the plastic. Lego is bringing the adrenaline to town with its Experience the Thrill pop-up. This high-octane pit stop just outside Ion Orchard lets you step straight into the world of Formula 1, Lego-style. Think immersive build zones where you can design your dream race car, interactive challenges that test your reflexes, and photo ops so slick they’ll have your Instagram grid looking podium-ready. Kids and grown-ups alike can fuel their need for speed with hands-on play, exclusive Lego F1 sets, and activities that put creativity in the driver’s seat. But don't miss the star of the show: a life-sized Lego replica of the F1 Williams FW16 Race Car driven by the Atlassian Williams Racing Team drivers at the Miami Grand Prix Drivers’ Parade earlier this year, all built with over 400,000 Lego bricks. Race down anytime between 11am to 9pm before it speeds off on October 12.

Trifecta presents The Finish Line-Up

The surf-snow-skate maestros at Trifecta are no strangers to adrenaline – and they're joining in on a different sort this race weekend. The sport attraction's F1 party, The Finish Line-Up, brings a series of buzzy activities: think live pop, jazz, and rock from The Jukuleles (October 1), side-splitting comedy by East Coast Comedy Club talents (October 2), and race-themed drinks to go alongside a Champion Set pizza bundle (October 1 to 5). If you've been itching to try Trifecta's surf or snow classes, just flash your F1 pass at the concierge to get 10 percent off class packs and dine-in at Riders' Lounge. You can even tack on a hot soak and cold plunge at REVA to take the edge off.
