House music royalty Lil Louis is about to bless Rasa Space with his legendary presence for one night only. Born Louis Burns, the Chicago producer started his musical journey at just 12 years old, when he stepped in to DJ for a party. Ever since, he’s been a fixture on dancefloors, helping shape the sound and culture of house music along the way. One of his most iconic tracks is 'French Kiss', a record that’s been highly regarded as a genre-defining classic. It sold more than 6 million copies, topped the charts, and was even sampled by pop stars including Madonna. As his career grew, Louis also went on to collaborate with artists like Jay-Z, Lil Kim, Babyface, Meshell N’degeocello, Donna Summer, Basement Jaxx and more.
Supporting the evening are two homegrown DJs, who will keep the dancefloor warm all night. Suffiyan will kick things off with downtempo, deep house and ambient, while Xinyi, a former house dancer turned DJ, matches the momentum with a soulful mix of her own.
