Time Out says

Swap your plastic for your next meal. On September 15, diners can exchange clean, empty plastic bottles for food coupons in an event held by the World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore. Start keeping your bottles, and bring it down to Tiong Bahru Market; each bottle will give you a 50 cents coupon, which can be used to offset the price of your meal. If you’re planning to take away your food, remember to bring along a reusable container for a $1 coupon. Each person can claim up to $5 worth of coupons, which translates to a full, hearty meal – all while doing a small part for the environment.

Not sure what to spend your coupons on? Join the line at Koh Brother Pig’s Organ Soup, a new entry in the 2019 Bib Gourmand list. It joins other stores like Hong Heng Fried Sotong Prawn Mee and Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice.
