Excite your taste buds at STREAT, the signature event of the Singapore Food Festival that will feature collaborations between local culinary talents from July 14 to 15. Chef Malcolm Lee (of Michelin-starred restaurant Candlenut) teams up with chef Willin Low (founder of Wild Rocket) to cook up a three-course mod-Sin and modern Peranakan Tok Panjang menu ($50). Additionally, the dynamic duo will curate a selection of nine stalls including New Ubin Seafood, Peranakan Khek, Whampoa Prawn Noodle and Good Chance Popiah. Also, don't miss the chance to meet the Singapore culinary team which won an Olympic gold medal at the Ika Hoga Culinary Olympics last year.
