Popping up in Empire Lounge – a stunning venue that literally juts into the water – this event ticks off more than a few boxes on your vibes checklist.
Casa Aperol will bring eats, beats and award-winning bartenders to your Sunday arvos until April. Sydney's fave cocktail bar Maybe Sammy is behind the shakers with bespoke cocktails made especially for the event. You'll also get to try bites from a bespoke seasonal menu from head chef Faheem Noor. And the whole shebang will be soundtracked by a fabulous roster of live DJs, bands and entertainers.
