American brewers Goose Island are teaming up with local faves Public House Petersham (PHP) for an Americana themed arvo with craft brews, a special menu, good tunes, and a high-stakes cornhole tournament. The Sydney Beer Week pop-up event gives you the chance to win an IPA a day for an entire year and have a barrell of fun while you're at it.
Get down to the PHP for Chicago-inspired menu items and tunes. Snack on Italian-style beef sandwiches, glazed bbq ribs, loaded Andouille hotdogs, and spicy popcorn while watching the tournament or just kicking back with a Goose Island brew. The special beer menu shipped straight from the Chicago brewery will include Goose Island's delicious craft beers, Goose IPA, Hazy IPA, Honkers Ale, Cooper Project #2, Halia, Gillian, Lolita, Madame Rose, and Juliet.
