Sundays in the Curlewis Bar at Hotel Bondi are a good time over the summer. All day they are offering $15 jugs of Kosciusko Pale Ale as well as the defining drink of summer 2016-2017, Frosé, at $8 a pop.
The bar’s Pink Billy Frosé is pure refreshment in a Martini glass: Philip Shaw Pink Billy Orange Saignée, Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth, strawberry puree and syrup, iced up in a slushie machine.
Along with other seasonal cocktails, these are the perfect drinks for when the free music comes on at 3pm featuring high profile solo and duo acts.
