This party at the Metro Theatre will hurl you right back to your most intense teenage years of side-fringes, infected nose piercings and skinny jeans. The soundtrack will be embracing those dark days with tracks from punk, pop, and grunge artists that went heavy on the eyeliner and tragic love songs.
We have high hopes to hear old-school Panic! at the Disco ballads like ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies’ beside other tortured tracks from our favourite brooding artists like Blink-182, AFI, and All Time Low. We’ll be saying ‘Thnks fr the Mmrs’ if some Fall Out Boy starts blasting and will be holding out for ‘Misery Business’ from Paramore, repping the punk chicks with big feelings.
They’ve also announced that Jake Hardy, the guitarist from Aussie rock group Tonight Alive, will be appearing for a guest DJ set.
