Is the line at Hot Star getting you down? Look no further than right across the road to chef Sean Kommer’s pop-up restaurant, Brooklyn BBQ. There’s a pretty decent burger covered in seed mustard with a giant pickle and a shower of sweet potato crisps, deep-fried chicken skins with blue cheese dressing (skip the dressing, eat the skins) and juicy, fall off the bone pork ribs.Order a couple of tins of beer and set up camp at one of the outdoor tables.
