Restaurateur Luke Mangan has invited four of the best chefs from his hometown to Mojo to cook a four-course sit-down meal showcasing Victorian produce.
Hosted by Luke, the dinner on Tuesday June 28 will feature courses cooked by Adrian Li from Saigon Sally; the legendary Guy Grossi from Grossi Florentino; Electrolux Australian Young Chef of the Year Jake Kellie from the Lakeside Mill in Pakenham; and Teage Ezard from popular eatery Gingerboy and the two-hatted Ezard.
“Much as Sydney is my home today, I always suggest that Melbourne should be on anyone’s list of cities to dine in,” says Mangan. “It is exciting, vibrant and has a fantastic range of great restaurants and amazing chefs.
“Drawing together some of my best mates in the Melbourne food scene, this [is] no doubt set to be a pretty fun and tasty evening.”
Eighty guests will receive a cocktail and canapés on arrival, followed by four courses and matching wines from some of Victoria’s finest wineries. The cost is a mere $160 per head.
The event is sure to sell out so be quick to book.
