Enjoy a six-course meal at Chophouse showcasing the drops of this Hunter Valley winery

Peacock Hill Vineyard owner and winemaker George Tsiros will be joining forces with sommelier Eleonore Wulf to showcase their respective talents in this six-course matched wine dinner at CBD steak restaurant, Chophouse.

On arrival, you'll be greeted with scampi ceviche with a jalapeño sorbet and toasted coconut crumb, along with Peacock Hill Godfather MCZD sparkling Blanc de Blancs.

This will be followed by a starter duo of pan-seared sea scallops with black pudding and cauliflower, and sea urchin arancini with gruyère, matched with two different chardonnays.

For entrees and main, meat is the star – think chargrilled lamb cutlets and Wagyu tenderloin Beef Wellington, which will be matched with reds like the Godfather Cabernet and the Godfather Shiraz. Finish with cheese and dessert, paired with a sticky and a fortified shiraz

The six-course meal will all be enjoyed within the private dining room at Chophouse on Tuesday May 2. Bookings are essential.
