A brand new Hunanese joint on Broadway. Don't expect amazing service (you pay and order at the counter and the staff spend most of their time standing in the middle of the restaurant talking very loudly at each other) or outstanding food but do expect to find a few interesting dishes to add to the belt notch.
Beef noodle soup, say, with brisket and tendon in a rich broth. Or soup filled dumplings and black vinegar. There are also Chinese donuts served with a glass of bean milk.
Worth checking out if you're a fan of Hunanese food.
