Manly Wine Bar is hosting a special one-off vegan share feast. Taking place on Thursday June 22, the evening will showcase the restaurant's current menu of vegan dishes, along with debuting some new additions.
Dishes include the salt and pepper fried tofu with green beans, pickled chilli, radish, tamarind and crisp shallots; tahini wild rice with edamame, nuts, broad beans, wakame seaweed, avocado, wasabi and sesame seeds; and charred broccolini with preserved lemon, capers, chilli salt and lemon dressing.
The feast will cost $45 per person and for an additional $30 you can enjoy unlimited Coldstream Hills vegan wines. Minimum two people per booking.
