Garlands

Found inside a spherical space on the ground level of the old St Margarets Chapel, Surry Hills, Garlands has overbearing plants and ladders stacked with pots of succulents and orchids. The space is piled high with striking branches, ginger flowers, proteas, tulips, berries and cascading ferns. And starting this year, owner and creative director Ferdinando de Freitas will host workshops on arranging and wrapping, complete with a free glass of bubbles.
