Palings Flowers, located next to Lorraine’s Patisserie, is managed by Merivale’s in-house florist Hannah Coomber, who says she looks for ‘unusual and intriguing’ blooms from the morning Flower Markets in order to design bouquets from scratch, aiming for no two bunches looking the same.
