Time Out says

Calling all beddies and bros, this bodacious beach volleyball party is raising money for the bushfire relief efforts

If you're looking for a proactive way to raise money for bushfire aid – emphasis on the 'active' – you can hit the sand and play a friendly game of beach volleyball for a good cause at Manly Beach on January 9.

For a minimum donation of $25, you can join in a series of beachfront games fit for everyone from beginners to pros, and even if you're not in the mood to play ball, there will also be raffle prizes to be won. Supported by the Northern Beaches Volleyball Association and Beachvolleyball.com.au, the event is raising money to benefit The Trustee for NSW Rural Fire Service & Brigades Donations Fund.

If you’d like to join the Manly Beach volleyball community in this show of camaraderie, make sure you register on the website before 8pm on Wednesday, January 8, and make your donation via GoFundMe
