Time Out says

There’s a sunrise yoga and dance party setting up on top of Sydney's tallest building

When looking for a blissful, introspective start to the day, many gravitate to yoga for a dose of physical and mental wellness. Normally, you wouldn’t be looking to careen onto a dancefloor after savasana, but for Daybreaker they’re combining your yoga practice with a morning rave for a delightful fitness contrast.

You’ll begin at 5.30am for a restorative one-hour yoga class or barre session (with four dimensional cinematic visuals and music) before dancing it out until 8.30am, ready to channel all those happy-making mind chemicals into your working day. You can opt to focus just on the dancing component, or go back-to-back with the groovy workouts for extra oomph.

Both sections of this feel-good morning routine are being held on the observation deck of the Sydney Tower Eye, so you’ll get spectacular 360 degree views of the city as the sun pops its head over the horizon.

Daybreaker have organised similar yoga-dance combos across the globe, with the last Sydney edition going down in the glowing hallways of the aquarium. They'll once again bring popular DJs and dance leaders in for this sky high morning party.
