Time Out says

The most fun you'll ever have on dry land... sort of

What are you doing February 18? We’ll tell you what you’re doing – hopping aboard the fourth largest cruise ship in the world for a massive game of hide and seek.

Royal Caribbean's Ovation of the Seas will be the playground for the day when it docks in Sydney Harbour. You’ll be able to have Australia’s biggest cruise ship all to yourself, and all the other hiders and seekers of course. Explore the vast ship to find the perfect hiding spot. Maybe it will be amongst the many features on this state of the art ship like the bumper cars, the rock climbing wall or even the sky diving funnel, just to name a few.

You’ll also be able to meet the Nascondingos, who have a job that you didn’t know existed but will desperately want. They are – wait for it – Australia’s national hide and seek team! Led by captain Alan Jones, they placed eighth in the World Championships in Italy last year and will be on hand as the seekers for the day.

There’ll be two games on the day, one for kids aged 8-14 and another for adults over 15 with some massive prizes on offer for the last person found. There’s a free family cruise holiday on the table for the kids’ game and $10,000 and a free family cruise holiday up for grabs in the adults’ round. Head to the website and describe your perfect hiding spot in 25 words or less for a chance to be a part of the fun.
