Catalina has collaborated with Australian artist Anya Brock to create an exotic, jungle themed event for partygoers. The dining room, normally pristine and sophisticated, will be transformed into the ultimate party space – expect bright furniture, Anya Brock’s vibrant artworks, confetti guns and music from DJ Joey Negro.
Guests will be greeted with a glass of French Pommery Champagne. Throughout the day, they’ll be treated to endless rounds of Catalina cocktails and Catalina signature canapes – so prepare your stomachs for Sydney rock oysters, prawns, tacos and sliders galore.
