Cheers to learning how to properly pair fine wine and fabulous cheese

What’s the secret to the perfect dinner date? The formula is simple: wine and cheese. While your average bottle of sav blanc will refresh the masses on a summer afternoon, it may do you well on a first date or family luncheon to know your merlot from your Moët.

In this edition of Classes with Glasses – a new series of creative workshops held in Surry Hills’ Bustle Studios – you’ll learn the knack to properly assessing and pairing multiple varieties of wine with the most appropriate cheese partners. Richie from Brown Paper Wine, and the lady herself, Penny from Penny’s Cheese Shop, will walk you through two hours of tasting which will make even the most wine and cheese novice feel like a master vintner and queen of curds.

Best of all, you can take home a larder-full of your favourite drops and moulds for a steal.
